Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wttcoreit.com (the "Site"), operated by WTT Core, a division of Wright Time Technologies, LLC ("WTT Core," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or requesting a compliance assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site. Separate written agreements or statements of work may govern the specific delivery of Core Audit, Core Manage, Core Govern, or other engagements, and where a conflict exists, that agreement will control over these Terms for the scope of that engagement.
Our Services
WTT Core provides enterprise-grade IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, and managed technology solutions, including but not limited to:
- Core Audit — assessment and evaluation of your existing IT environment
- Core Manage — ongoing managed IT operations and support
- Core Govern — governance, risk, and compliance services
Descriptions of our services on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any connected networks
- Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms or booking tools
- Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise collecting data from the Site without our consent
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Site
Assessments & Consultations
The Site allows you to schedule a consultation or request a Compliance Assessment or Free IT Assessment. These offerings are provided to help evaluate your organization's IT and compliance posture and do not, by themselves, create a managed services or client relationship.
Any findings, recommendations, or reports provided as part of an assessment are based on the information available to us at the time and are intended for general guidance. They do not guarantee compliance with any specific law, regulation, or industry standard, and do not substitute for independent legal or professional advice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, and the WTT Core name and marks, is the property of WTT Core or Wright Time Technologies, LLC, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Tools
The Site may include links to third-party websites and tools, including our consultation booking widget, social media profiles, and other integrated services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or tool. Your use of those third-party resources is subject to their own terms and policies.

Liability arising from services delivered under a separate statement of work or services agreement will be governed by the terms of that agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WTT Core and Wright Time Technologies, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Wright Time Technologies, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
